Procedure to renew prescriptions and to order food and products
Because of the exceptional measures implemented for everybody's safety regarding the Covid-19 virus, we have created two ways that you can use for your orders: by email at email@example.com or by phone at 514-645-6374. Payement will be made by Interac transfer or by credit card.
To proceed, we will need the following information:
1- Name of the person registered in the animal's file
2- Your phone number
3- The animal's name for which you are placing the order
4- The animal's approximate age (this is a security question to confirm the preceding information)
5- Your order:
- Food, treats and products: name, package size or weight, quantity required
- Medications: Name of the medication that you want renewed
6- Method of payement:
By Interac: In less than 24 hours, you will receive the bill by email. You will have to pay it by Interec transfer using this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Interac asks a security question to proceed with the payment. The answer to this question will be the bill's number.
By credit card: You will pay the bill by phone with your credit card. Your name has to be the one one the card and you will have to give the three numbers figuring on its back.
7- As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you to come get it. Because of the situation, please note that there are longer delivery delays than usual from our distributors.

Our association with that team, which includes now 7 veterinary facilities in the Greater Montreal area, is our way to serve you even better than before.
By giving you access to additional services: surgical and therapeutic laser, physiotherapy bath, ultrasound, endoscopy, internal medicine specialists' expertise, alternative therapies (e.g. acupuncture, osteopathy), and much more.
Do not worry: The onsite services to which your are accustomed to are still available: preventive care, hospitalizations, laboratory, dentistry, boarding, radiology, general medicine and surgery, etc.
What else is the same? Our warm and professional greeting, and the attentive care given to your favorite animals.
In short, we will continue to be here to greet you, as we have always done, with a smile, during our opening hours, be it for a simple routine exam or for a medical or surgical emergency.
