Origin and History: This breed was known in antiquity by the Romans, and was established in Spain. It comes from several crosses with the Greyhound.

Personality: It is a dog that has a sweet temperament and is very close to his masters. They are considered to be the most affectionate of all greyhounds.

Known health problem: Progressive atrophy of the retina, gastric torsion, hypothyroidism, sensitivity to anesthesia.

Note: They cannot live in an apartment, and does not like to be locked in confined spaces.
