Cerenia®

This is a medication that stops vomiting and nausea.

It also relieves abdominal pain.

Cerenia^® is available in tablets and in an injectable solution.

Cerenia^® is used to stop vomiting in domestic animals.

In dogs, this medication is also used to prevent motion sickness. 

Please discuss with a veterinarian or consult the product monograph for information on contraindications.

Please refer to the monograph that accompanies the product to know about the possible side effects.

If the animal continues to vomit despite the medication, the veterinarian must be seen again.

Cerenia^® may interfere with the effectiveness of some other drugs if used at the same time. You can ask your veterinarian which ones.

Please also notify the veterinarian if your pet is already taking any drug(s) before starting treatment with Cerenia^®. This will allow him or her to make sure that they are compatible.

Store in the refrigerator and protect from light.

The tablets are stable for 48 hours after removing them from their packaging.

If the tablets are used to prevent motion sickness, they should be given 3 hours before departure.

Administer with food to stop vomiting.
