NexGard Spectra is a veterinary antiparasitic treatment in the form of chewable tablets, containing afoxolaner and milbemycin oxime. It is designed for dogs over 8 weeks old to eliminate fleas, ticks, and intestinal nematodes, while preventing heartworm disease and reducing infection from *Borrelia burgdorferi*. Administered orally every 30 days, it ensures effective protection. Its safety in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. Precautions should be taken for dogs with a history of neurological disorders. Keep out of reach of children and consult a veterinarian for appropriate monitoring.

Vomiting, diarrhea, and loss of appetite In rare cases, neurological disorders such as tremors, ataxia, or seizures have been reported. Excessive drowsiness or lethargy may also occur.
It can be administered to animals suffering from food allergies as it is made from soy.
