The Gastroenteric formula supports digestion and nutrient absorption. It contains a limited amount of long-chain triglycerides, which are difficult to digest and may ferment. Instead, it provides 20 to 22% of fats in the form of medium-chain triglycerides, an easily digestible energy source. Its low fiber content and enrichment with omega-3 and omega-6 help reduce inflammation. The dry formula includes antioxidant vitamins and colostrum, while the canned version contains inulin, a prebiotic beneficial for intestinal flora.
